Job Title: Senior IT Program Coordinator

Location: Newark, NJ (Hybrid)

Duration: 12+ Months (Temp to Hire)

As a vital member of the Sustainability Management Action & Response Team (SMART), you will play a key role in implementing operational sustainability initiatives that primarily focus on the management of End of Life (EOL) IT (Information Technology) Infrastructure (HW/SW); Vulnerability Remediation; Compliance; Modernization; and Process Enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee a designated portfolio of medium to large scale IT Infrastructure initiatives.
  • Maintain vigilance on project risks and interdependencies throughout the project lifecycle, developing contingency strategies to proactively mitigate concerns that may impact budget, timeline, and scope.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across various business units and application domains for effective problem resolution, both short-term and long-term technology solutions, and risk management efforts.
  • Drive outcomes and troubleshoot issues, demonstrating the ability to assess situations and make necessary adjustments.
  • Exhibit strong organizational capabilities, supported by robust analytical skills.
  • Show initiative by addressing challenges independently.
  • Assist in the creation of presentations and deliver them to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Capable of navigating across organizations and overcoming obstacles.
Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience managing multiple medium-to-large scale IT Infrastructure projects/programs in collaboration with cross-functional teams within the financial services sector.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; effective at building consensus.
  • Outstanding collaborative abilities and adept at interfacing across various organizational levels and cultures.
  • Proficient in developing and leveraging professional relationships.
  • Strong results-oriented mindset; capable of meeting tight deadlines in a dynamic and challenging environment.
  • Adept at executing both short-term (tactical) and long-term (strategic) plans.
  • Excellent customer service orientation, with experience in managing matrix relationships effectively.
  • Skilled in conflict resolution and negotiation with tact and effectiveness.
  • Proven track record in time management, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and comfortable working amidst ambiguity.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certifications are advantageous.
