We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a significant SAP S/4 upgrade initiative, ensuring that project metrics are diligently tracked and monitored to minimize any potential risks or delays.


Key Responsibilities:
Lead the SAP S/4 upgrade initiative encompassing Finance, Customer Information Platform, and Work and Asset Management.
Oversee projects from the initial business case through to implementation.

Project Management Duties Include:

budget oversight, resource distribution, initiation meetings, project planning, execution and control, communication, risk assessment, quality management, team and vendor coordination, and project delivery.

Establish and monitor metrics and reporting.
Conduct actual versus planned evaluations at the project level and forecast project costs.
Create project plans, scopes, and schedules while tracking progress, milestones, and deliverables.
Provide weekly status updates including ETC, EAC, SPI, and CPI metrics.

Facilitate and participate in meetings with various technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather project requirements, define milestones, communicate timelines, track action items, and oversee project status.

Identify and manage project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.

Required Qualifications:
A minimum of 10 years of experience in a large-scale IT Project/Program Management setting.
At least 5 years of experience in SAP Project Management.
Proven experience managing projects utilizing metrics such as ETC, EAC, SPI, and CPI.
Hands-on experience in developing resource-loaded schedules.
Experience in managing project budgets and projecting monthly forecasts.
Ability to handle multiple high-visibility projects concurrently.
Capability to manage various projects with both internal teams and external vendors.
Strong experience in identifying and managing risks.
Expert knowledge of Program Management processes and methodologies.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is advantageous.
