Call Center Agent Overview
Your primary responsibility will be to handle incoming calls from customers wishing to place orders, address inquiries, manage complaints, troubleshoot significant customer service challenges, and provide general information. As a vital member of our primary contact team, you will assist consumers in completing purchases both online and via phone. You will also communicate product terms and features while projecting a professional image of the company through voice and online interactions.
Position: Customer Service Specialist / Henderson Glass
Compensation: $17.00 per hour
Employment Type: Part-Time or Full-Time

Candidate Profile:
We are looking for a customer service professional with exceptional verbal and written communication skills. The ideal candidate should demonstrate proficient computer skills and the ability to follow directions while thriving in a fast-paced environment. Providing top-tier customer service and empathizing with clients in high-pressure situations is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from customers, policyholders, and insurance agents, attentively listening to their needs and concerns.
- Collect information to assess damage for repair, replacement, or recalibration services. Verify insurance coverage, establish claims, and schedule appointments.
- Address and resolve issues with empathy and patience.
- Utilize various computer systems to enter data accurately and efficiently in real-time.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to operate a computer and telephone system while seated for extended periods.
- Availability to work one weekend day each week.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
- Familiarity with using multiple computer systems simultaneously.
