Call Center Agent Overview
Your primary responsibility will be to handle incoming calls from clients wishing to place orders, address inquiries, manage complaints, troubleshoot significant customer service issues, and provide general information. As a vital member of our customer contact team, you will assist consumers in completing purchases both online and via phone. You will also communicate product terms and features while projecting a professional image of the company through voice and online interactions.
Position: Customer Service Specialist / Henderson Glass
Compensation: $17.00 per hour

Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a customer service professional with excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ideal candidate should possess strong computer skills and be able to follow directions while thriving in a fast-paced environment. Empathy and the ability to provide top-notch customer service in high-stress situations are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming phone calls from customers, policyholders, and insurance agents, attentively listening to their needs and concerns.
- Collect information to assess damage for repair, replacement, or recalibration services. Verify insurance coverage, establish claims, and schedule appointments.
- Address and resolve issues with an empathetic and patient approach.
- Utilize various computer systems to enter data quickly and accurately in real-time.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to operate a computer and telephone system while seated for extended periods.
- Availability to work one weekend day per week.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
- Familiarity with using multiple computer systems simultaneously.
