Job Summary:The successful candidate will provide end-user IT support to students, faculty, and staff, troubleshooting Windows, Mac, and printer issues, assigning tickets in our helpdesk, preparing and updating devices for deployment, and assisting patrons with our Virtual Reality and One Button Studio services.
Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with Windows, Mac, and printer systems.
- Assign and manage tickets in our helpdesk system.
- Prepare and update devices for deployment, ensuring they are properly configured and functional.
- Assist patrons with our Virtual Reality and One Button Studio services, providing a high-quality user experience.
- Possess excellent customer service skills and a strong ability to communicate effectively with users.
- Be reliable and flexible in regards to scheduling, with a willingness to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Have a strong understanding of technical concepts and be able to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $12.50, flexible scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
