Job Title: Project Manager and Business Developer

Perfect Pavers Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager and Business Developer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales and project management team, you will be responsible for expanding our presence in the market, building relationships with custom home builders, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage pavers installation from sale to completion
  • Generate new sales opportunities through networking, client referrals, and cold calling
  • Attend industry association events and represent the organization
  • Achieve or exceed targeted sales numbers within a specified territory
  • Conduct sales to residential clients and receive leads for residential clients from the office
  • Manage the sale from start to finish, including takeoffs, estimates, and proposals
  • Act as a Project Manager on the project, overseeing all aspects of construction projects from contract agreement through completion
Requirements:
  • Proven skills and experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales
  • Pavers Construction industry experience and established connections in construction companies
  • Contract reading and understanding experience
  • Impeccable verbal and written skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam software
  • Minimum of three years of verifiable sales experience in the construction, paver, and/or hardscaping industry
