About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of commercial projects, including client relationships, schedules, budgets, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Collaborate with project managers to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations, including OSHA standards.
  • Manage and maintain accurate project documentation, including change order logs, RFI logs, and submittal lots.
  • Lead and motivate a team of construction professionals to achieve project goals.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a construction superintendent for a commercial general contractor.
  • Proven track record of leading ground-up mixed commercial projects in the range of $5-25MM+.
  • Proficiency in project management software, such as Procore.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • OSHA certification.
