Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Estimators to analyze and comprehend project estimates.
  • Assign and oversee the work scope for subcontractors.
  • Ensure prompt acquisition of signed subcontracts, insurance documentation, and bonds.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines in conjunction with the Project Superintendent and essential subcontractors.
  • Facilitate preconstruction and weekly project meetings.
  • Prepare monthly invoices and progress reports for stakeholders.
  • Manage change order requests and provide monthly financial forecasts.
  • Assist Superintendents in resolving subcontractor-related issues.
  • Guide and assess the performance of Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 4 years of experience in project management within the construction field.
  • Demonstrated success in managing projects of comparable scale and complexity.
  • Experience with large-scale commercial warehouse and multi-family construction initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Sage Project Management, Procore, and MS Project.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Building Construction, or a related discipline.
  • OSHA 10 / OSHA 30 Safety Certification is preferred.
