Territory Sales Manager

Shred-Tech is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and increasing market share across the Industrial Shredder product line.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve budgeted goals and increase market share.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their requirements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Travel extensively to meet with customers, attend industry events, and represent Shred-Tech at trade shows.
- College degree in a related field, such as engineering, marketing, or sales.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a manufacturing company environment.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the shredder industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
