Role Overview:
Our Termite Control Technicians play a crucial front-line role, embodying the essence of our service. This position focuses on delivering exceptional service and implementing Terminix products for our valued clients.
Daily Responsibilities:

Equipped with a company vehicle and comprehensive industry training, our Termite Technicians visit residential clients to perform requested termite treatments.

Key daily tasks include:

1. Confirming that job specifications align with each work order.
2. Preparing the site for treatment.
3. Administering anti-termite treatments to structures in accordance with safety protocols and label instructions.
4. Engaging with customers to explain the services rendered.
5. Completing production forms to document services provided.
Qualifications for Success:
To thrive in this role, candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license. While prior industry experience is beneficial, the following traits are essential:

- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for customer interaction.
- Self-motivated with a robust work ethic.
- Ability to effectively communicate information to customers in one-on-one and small group settings.
- Detail-oriented with a keen understanding of safety protocols.
- Basic math skills for service-related calculations.
- Comfort working outdoors and in confined spaces, such as crawl spaces and attics.
- Due to safety regulations, candidates must be clean-shaven to ensure proper fitting of safety equipment.
