Key Responsibilities
As a Termite Service Professional, you will enjoy a dynamic work environment that prioritizes your personal and professional growth. Your role will involve:
- Building lasting relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Managing a dedicated Termite Service Route with excellent time management skills.
- Conducting preconstruction and post-construction termite treatments.
- Addressing customer needs and providing solutions for current and future pest control requirements.
- Maintaining consistent communication with customers to keep them informed.
- Collaborating with internal teams, including customer service and sales, to deliver outstanding service.
- Applying pest control products in accordance with safety and labeling standards.

Qualifications
What You Need:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- No prior experience required.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Valid driver's license is essential.
- Ability to obtain the necessary pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company-sponsored).
- Capability to work independently in the field and manage route-based assignments.
Physical Demands / Working Environment:
Candidates must meet the physical requirements of the job and perform duties safely, with or without accommodations:
- Safely use ladders within the manufacturer's weight limits.
- Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Access crawl spaces, attics, and other confined areas.
- Work in various weather conditions.
