Role Overview
Our Termite Control Technicians play a vital front-line role, embodying the essence of our service. Their primary focus is on delivering exceptional service through Terminix products to our valued clientele.
A Typical Day in This Role

Equipped with a company vehicle and comprehensive industry training, our Termite Technicians visit residential customers in the neighborhoods we serve, executing requested termite treatments.

Daily responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring job specifications align with each work order
  • Preparing the site for treatment
  • Administering anti-termite treatments to structures in accordance with safety protocols and label instructions
  • Engaging with customers to explain the services rendered
  • Completing production forms to document services provided
Qualifications for Success

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • A high school diploma or GED
  • A valid driver's license

While prior industry experience is beneficial, the following attributes are essential:

  • Personable demeanor with a passion for customer interaction
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to effectively communicate information to customers in one-on-one and small group settings
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to safety
  • Basic math skills for service-related calculations

Given the nature of our work, comfort with outdoor environments and confined spaces, such as crawl spaces and attics, is necessary. For safety reasons, our Termite Technicians must not have facial hair, as rebreathers must seal properly to the face.
