Role Summary

We are on the lookout for a committed Client Success Enablement Specialist to become part of our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in crafting and delivering training content for our clients, ensuring they can effectively utilize our AI Scribe software.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and design engaging training materials, including tutorials, guides, and webinars, customized to meet diverse client needs.
  • Facilitate training sessions to ensure clients are adept at using our scribe software.
  • Collaborate with product, support, and engineering teams to remain informed about software features and updates.
  • Collect and evaluate client feedback to continuously enhance training resources and delivery methods.
  • Maintain a thorough library of training materials for easy client access.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of training programs and client satisfaction levels.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in client enablement or a similar role.
  • Strong grasp of software training and the development of instructional content.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  • Capability to simplify technical concepts into accessible materials.
  • Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools and video editing software.
  • Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Background in customer success or support is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with scribe or related software is a significant plus.

Compensation Range: $90K - $110K
