Role Summary

We are on the lookout for a committed Client Success Advocate to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role involves crafting and delivering comprehensive training resources for our clientele, enabling them to effectively utilize our AI Scribe software.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop engaging training materials, including tutorials, guides, and webinars tailored to diverse customer requirements.
  • Facilitate training sessions to ensure customers achieve proficiency in utilizing our scribe software.
  • Collaborate with product, support, and engineering teams to remain informed about software features and updates.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to enhance training content and delivery methods continuously.
  • Maintain an extensive library of training resources for easy access by customers.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of training programs and customer satisfaction levels.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in customer enablement or a related domain.
  • Strong grasp of software training and instructional content development.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  • Capability to simplify technical concepts into accessible materials.
  • Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools and video editing software.
  • Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Background in customer success or support is advantageous.
  • Experience with scribe or comparable software is a significant plus.
