El Rol

Lark está en búsqueda de un Vicepresidente Senior de Éxito del Cliente para unirse a nuestro equipo. En este puesto, serás responsable de dirigir un pequeño equipo de éxito del cliente que apoya a nuestros clientes de planes de salud. Serás el encargado de las relaciones con los clientes, aprovechando al equipo de éxito del cliente para fomentar asociaciones estratégicas y capitalizar oportunidades de expansión. Trabajarás en estrecha colaboración y reportarás al Director de Crecimiento para asegurar la satisfacción del cliente, la expansión y la retención de clientes.

Responsabilidades

  • Supervisar el rendimiento financiero de la función de Éxito del Cliente, incluyendo la previsión de ingresos, la elaboración de presupuestos y el control de gastos.
  • Incrementar los ingresos a través de negociaciones contractuales estratégicas, estrategias de precios y gestión eficiente de cuentas; colaborar con marketing para mejorar los ingresos mediante la inscripción y el compromiso de usuarios.
  • Actuar como el contacto ejecutivo para todos los clientes, asegurando una comunicación proactiva, respuestas oportunas y una entrega de servicio excepcional.
  • Recopilar información valiosa de los clientes para influir en el desarrollo de productos y comunicar efectivamente la hoja de ruta del producto a los clientes.
  • Establecer metas y KPIs ambiciosos y alcanzables para el equipo, monitorear el rendimiento y fomentar la responsabilidad.
  • Reclutar, integrar y desarrollar talento de alto nivel dentro del equipo de Éxito del Cliente, promoviendo una cultura de mentoría, crecimiento y avance profesional.

Requisitos

  • Sólido entendimiento de la industria de la salud, incluyendo planes de salud y programas de salud patrocinados por empleadores.
  • Un historial comprobado de superación de objetivos de expansión y renovación.
  • Experiencia demostrada liderando, organizando y dirigiendo múltiples equipos, con la capacidad de profundizar en los detalles mientras actúas como jugador/entrenador.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de manera creativa y analítica en un entorno de resolución de problemas.
  • Fuerte capacidad de liderazgo con un historial comprobado de liderazgo de equipos en la industria de la salud digital o atención médica.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, negociación e interpersonales, con la capacidad de influir en partes interesadas clave y construir asociaciones estratégicas.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar entre un 10-20% del tiempo.
