Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and personable individual to join our team as a Customer Success Manager. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our clients achieve their goals and experience satisfaction throughout their journey with us.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, acting as their main contact for all post-sale interactions.
  • Gain a deep understanding of client objectives and challenges, and formulate strategies to help them realize their goals through our offerings.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams, including product management, sales, and support, to drive customer success and satisfaction.
  • Create and implement customer success plans that align with client objectives, delivering value and measurable ROI.
  • Track and analyze customer success metrics such as adoption rates, retention, and expansion, identifying opportunities for enhancement.
  • Serve as an advocate for clients within the organization, providing insights to product management and other teams to address customer needs.
  • Handle customer escalations and work towards timely and effective resolutions.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure alignment and foster ongoing success.
  • Willingness to travel 25-40% as needed.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 1-2+ years of experience in customer success or account management, preferably within a SaaS or subscription-based environment.
  • Hands-on experience with healthcare systems or complex service delivery models.
  • Familiarity with CRM and customer success platforms, such as Salesforce.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of identifying client challenges and crafting innovative solutions.
  • Understanding of customer success metrics and KPIs, including adoption, retention, and expansion.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
  • A mindset geared towards learning and growth.
