About the Role

Randstad is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for processing client transactions, reviewing transactions for accuracy, and communicating with clients through outbound calls and written correspondence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transaction Processing: Process client transaction requests, review transactions for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to internal and external regulations.
  • Client Communication: Communicate with clients through outbound calls and written correspondence to clarify incomplete or invalid paperwork.
  • Problem-Solving: Partner with associates to work through complex processing issues to ensure timely completion.
  • Knowledge Development: Develop a working knowledge of processing systems, group policies, and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field required.
  • Skills: Empathy, call center support, customer service, telephone etiquette, investments, answering phones, oral communication, customer support, problem-solving, administrative duties, transaction readiness and support, handling confidential information, and processor.
