About the Role:
The Program Director, Integrations will be responsible for orchestrating the execution of our CS growth strategy across stakeholder groups. This leader will manage project orchestration for key initiatives, assess cross-functional dependencies, and optimize our delivery and execution.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead CS growth portfolio by bringing together CS SMEs, Transactions, external deal teams, Finance, and partner leaders to align on prioritized, outcome-driven action plans to drive commercial value
  • Manage Program oversight for CS Growth and key initiatives - staying highly coordinated with associated PMO functions across the company, laddering up into PM for CS
  • Manage the execution of each CS integration 'end-to-end' in collaboration with global and regional Hyatt colleagues and as required external partner/selling entities
  • Serve as a central communication hub for leadership stakeholders to engage with on status and input - including establishing and leading commercial workstreams, steer co, EXCOM updates, etc.
  • Establish playbooks for use across CS to manage multi-hotel portfolio deals/strategic transactions to make integration activities repeatable process including templates, ways of working, executive communications, etc.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred
  • 15+ years of program management experience with 10 years of progressive leadership experience
  • Experience facilitating large-scale programs and/or product rollout – designing plans with clear dependencies and timelines with a focus on outcome-oriented planning
  • Ability to creatively solve problems, develop new tactics and address implementation obstacles
  • History of delivering results and implementing change
  • Proven ability to collaborate across a highly matrixed organization and achieve goals through direct and indirect influence
  • Highly motivated, assertive self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and as an active team participant and cross-functional collaborator
  • Experience establishing a culture of data-informed decision-making and accountability
  • Exceptional communication skills able to tell data stories to business stakeholders and answer what happened, why, and so what

Estimated Salary: $125,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
