Job Title: Channel Account Manager Video

At Motorola Solutions, we're committed to helping people be their best in the moments that matter. As a Channel Account Manager Video, you'll play a critical role in driving sales growth and revenue for our video solutions in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Avigilon Channel Partners, educating them on our video solutions and helping them sell more and provide more value to their customers.
  • Track and report on account activity, ensuring that our Channel Partners are equipped to deploy our solutions successfully.
  • Support Motorola's video sales activities in the assigned territory by creating, nurturing, and responding to sales opportunities for our products and services.
  • Find and develop new markets, determining the net need with end-users through channel partners and engaging our Commercial Sales Executives to close opportunities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, including Commercial Sales Executives, Business Development Managers, Inside Sales, and Sales Engineering, to drive sales growth and revenue.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, video, or physical security.
  • Strong technical acumen and ability to speak to our products and solutions.
  • Ability to accurately forecast revenue on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Proven record of achievement in delivering sales results and developing collaborative relationships.
  • Excellent presentation, analytical, verbal, and written communication, and time management skills.
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to learn and demonstrate new software at a high level.
  • Ability to travel weekly to the territory (Northern New Jersey 50% travel).
