About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Audio Video Manager to oversee the deployment and support of AV infrastructure, guide the execution of live events, and manage AV projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team that designs, delivers, and optimizes various AV solutions, including conference rooms, event spaces, and digital signage.

You will work closely with our tech teams, facilities stakeholders, finance partners, and leadership to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your expertise in building out AV infrastructure and supporting live events will be invaluable in this role.

We are looking for a strategic thinker who can balance technology and culture with execution and customer service. If you have experience in leading teams, developing talent, and solving complex problems, we want to hear from you.

About You

You will be responsible for leading a team of onsite AV Support Engineers, managing inventories and budgets, developing and executing strategic new initiatives, and ensuring project plans are on target. You will also be an escalation point for the team, providing technical leadership and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.

We are looking for a passionate builder of talent and teams who can create regular reports to share insights with leadership. If you have a track record of operational excellence, including creation of and monitoring of metrics and alerts, gathering of and analyzing customer feedback, and maintaining documentation, we want to hear from you.
