Townsquare Interactive is seeking a highly motivated Inbound Account Executive to join our team. As a vital member of our Inbound Sales Team, you will be responsible for connecting with small and medium-sized businesses across the nation, offering our business management platform and digital marketing solutions. Your main activities will revolve around managing inbound leads and making outbound follow-up calls. Responsibilities include re-engaging with qualified leads who have previously shown interest in our solutions portfolio and running demonstrations to secure them as a new client. Additionally, you will be running demonstrations through warm transfers initiated by our Inbound Marketing Representatives. Key responsibilities include:
* Managing the sales pipeline and achieving individual and team sales goals
* Conducting thorough needs analyses to identify prospects' pain points and showcasing our customized solutions
* Daily metrics include making 50+ outbound dials, receiving 2+ transfers, and running 3-4 virtual demonstrations
* No account management required - our dedicated onboarding and service team takes care of that
Qualifications include:
* Proven track record of achieving sales quotas
* Demonstrated success in growing new business
* Drive and competitiveness to surpass sales goals and advance your career
* Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills
* BA/BS degree (preferred)
