Job Summary

Preferred Podiatry Group, a leading healthcare management services organization, is seeking a skilled Clinical Podiatrist to join our team in Southeast Kansas. As a Clinical Podiatrist, you will provide high-quality patient care in long-term care, nursing home, skilled nursing, independent living, and assisted living facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care to patients with foot and lower limb abnormalities and diseases
• Assess, diagnose, treat, and evaluate patients with various foot and ankle conditions
• Develop and implement treatment plans to prevent wounds and immobility
• Deliver foot health education to patients and their families
• Collaborate with nursing facility healthcare teams to provide optimal patient outcomes
• Participate in quality measure programs to demonstrate exceptional care

Requirements

• DPM degree required
• State licensure required
• Experience working in long-term care or nursing home facilities preferred
• BLS Tier 1 - Basic Life Support - Multisource required upon hire
• ACLS/BLS Tier 2-Advanced Cardiac Life Support - Multisource preferred
