Position Overview:
This role offers a competitive Sign-On Bonus of up to $20,000.00. We are seeking a full-time, day shift Clinical Navigator Registered Nurse specializing in vascular care.

Key Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for overseeing the clinical management of vascular patients throughout their care journey. Duties include:
1. Managing and coordinating the vascular clinic operations.
2. Ensuring comprehensive patient evaluations and education regarding vascular procedures.
3. Acting as a liaison for the vascular program and spearheading performance improvement initiatives.
4. Serving as a clinical resource and role model for all staff involved in the care of vascular patients.
5. Promoting awareness and education about vascular procedures within the community.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Current RN license
- BLS certification
- 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience, ideally in Cardiology, Critical Care, Cardiac Surgery, or Emergency Services.
- Proven ability to adhere to protocol-specific care delivery.
Preferred:
- Experience in public speaking
- Background in interdisciplinary teamwork.
