Clinical Program Supervisor

The Clinical Director plays a pivotal role in overseeing and guiding the clinical operations of the program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensures the highest quality of clinical services within the program and proactively seeks opportunities for enhancement.
  • Facilitates weekly treatment team meetings to promote effective communication, monitoring client progress, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Provides training for all new clinical staff, coordinating with team members to ensure comprehensive onboarding.
  • Assists the Executive Director in conducting performance evaluations and developing growth plans for therapists as needed.
  • Organizes monthly training sessions for employees, ensuring compliance with all required training throughout the year.
  • Maintains a manageable client caseload based on program needs.
  • Leads or co-leads daily clinical group sessions, providing necessary oversight.
  • Engages with referral sources and outpatient providers to ensure continuity of care during admission, midpoint assessments, and discharge processes.
  • Coordinates client transitions to higher levels of care when necessary.
  • Facilitates Multi-Family and Family Programs, including Family Weekend events.
  • Supervises pre-licensed therapists within the program, offering clinical guidance as required.

This is a full-time opportunity.

Qualifications

  • A Master's or Doctorate degree in a relevant field is required.
  • A valid license and the ability to provide clinical supervision are essential.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in the treatment of eating disorders is required.
  • A current driver's license in good standing is necessary.
