Job Overview

Worth Ross Management Company, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and expanding our footprint in the Greater Dallas Metro Area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted marketing and retention initiatives.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with company goals and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of the curve and identify new growth areas.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and vendors to engage clients and support company activities.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma required; bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years in sales, preferably in a service-related industry. Experience in association management is a plus.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and people skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems like Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Highly organized, people-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines. Coaching and training abilities are desirable.
