Job Title: IT Specialist

At Compu-Vision Consulting, we are seeking a skilled IT Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manual software testing and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Testing IT systems and processes
• Building defined test scripts for completion
• Running test scripts to validate custom-developed software
• Testing all aspects of application components for compliance with provided specifications
• Providing technical/non-technical knowledge transfer of testing processes

Requirements:
• Three years of experience with manual software testing or manual QA
• Expertise in Agile software development approaches (Scrum Methodology, Kanban)
• Familiarity with Jira and/or Jama and/or Zephyr testing systems
• Experience in unemployment insurance including benefits, tax, appeals, benefit payment control, data validation, and program management
