Benefits Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Benefits Coordinator to join our team at Schreiter Agency. As a Benefits Coordinator, you will be responsible for initiating and receiving client calls to address inquiries and provide assistance. You will also schedule appointments with clients who have requested information about our benefits, conduct Zoom video calls to present and explain benefits in a clear and engaging manner, and deliver ongoing support to union members by addressing their inquiries, assisting with benefit changes, and facilitating claims processing to ensure a seamless experience.
Cultivate long-term relationships with clients by periodically following up to review needs, update benefits, and address any changes in their circumstances, ensuring their continued satisfaction and trust. Demonstrate the ability to take initiative and work autonomously while also contributing effectively to teams workshops and goals.
Requirements:
- Work Ethic & Ambition: No experience or degree necessary, just a desire and commitment to succeed
- Capable of communicating efficiently with clients to get them the benefits they need
- Self-motivated while still having the ability to work within a team to hit personal and group goals
- Being and remaining coachable with a learning mindset and an ability to adapt and adjust to new solutions and methods
- Must have access to a computer and reliable internet connection for remote work
