Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Tel Tech Networks. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day account management for all phases of our business, including customer interactions, sales, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Oversight
    • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
    • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
    • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and make adjustments as needed.
  • Account Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
    • Manage customer expectations, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and motivate a team of technicians, engineers, and other support staff.
    • Provide guidance, training, and development opportunities to ensure team members have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
    • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, operations, or a related field.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Proven track record of success in project management, including experience with project planning, execution, and delivery.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
