Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at prospective clients
  • Understand the client's business challenges, goals, and needs, and propose relevant and innovative solutions
  • Create and deliver compelling and customized proposals and presentations that showcase the company's capabilities and value proposition
  • Negotiate and close contracts with new clients, ensuring alignment with the company's policies and standards
  • Coordinate and collaborate with the Global Strategy and Planning team, management team, marketing, and other internal resources to support the business development process
  • Provide valuable feedback and insights to the management team on market trends, client expectations, and competitive intelligence
  • Ensure a smooth handover of new accounts to the account management team, and maintain communication and relationship with the clients
  • Monitor and report on the performance and progress of the business development activities and outcomes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communication, or related field; or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum requirement of at least 10 years of proven track record of experience in business development, sales, or account management in the digital media industry
  • Extensive network of contacts and relationships with decision-makers and influencers at potential clients in the US and globally
  • Strong knowledge of the digital media landscape, trends, and best practices
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to create and deliver persuasive and customized proposals and presentations that address the client's needs and goals
  • Proven track record of closing net new business
