A Client Relationship Manager at Kitchens.Inspired. will oversee all facets of the partnership with Big Sandy Superstore and any builder clients assigned to them.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with external sales leads to cultivate builder client business
  • Facilitate showroom experiences for end users
  • Participate in all internal and external training and provide summaries when requested
  • Deliver project data to builders promptly
  • Coordinate with internal and external resources to ensure efficient product delivery and installation
  • Attend assigned external events alongside the Outside Sales Lead.
  • Represent Big Sandy at events such as the Parade of Homes and Grand Openings
  • Organize internal and external events with the Outside Sales Lead
  • Maintain and update showroom presentation standards
  • Manage the design sales process utilizing a CRM database
Desired Qualities:
  • Must be a collaborative team player
  • Ability to effectively manage time and self-motivate
  • Strong understanding of all company operations
  • Demonstrated work ethic and high level of commitment
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, stoop, and reach regularly
  • Capability to lift/carry up to 15 lbs
Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in appliance sales.
