- Collaboration: Work closely with FASCOR's Professional Services and Customer Support teams to ensure a smooth transition of newly secured contracts to the implementation team.
- Sales Growth: Identify and leverage opportunities within current clients for additional sales and revenue generation.
- Value Proposition Communication: Clearly articulate the value proposition of FASCOR's products and services.
- Market Analysis: Understand market dynamics and competitor offerings to effectively differentiate FASCOR's solutions.
- Customer Referenceability: Ensure clients are satisfied and willing to serve as references.
- Contract Management: Oversee negotiation and finalization of contracts.
- Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate relationships with potential partners, including managing indirect sales efforts.
- Sales Methodology Adherence: Follow prescribed sales methodologies and processes as directed by FASCOR or your direct supervisor.
- Support Services: Assist FASCOR Services teams in managing customer relationships.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience in Sales Account Management or Project Management, particularly with supply chain solution providers or consulting firms. Priority will be given to candidates with direct experience in warehouse and transportation management software.
- Strong skills in developing and managing client relationships.
- Demonstrable experience in managing the sales lifecycle or overseeing complex projects related to supply chain software.
- Goal-oriented and results-driven, capable of working within established timelines.
- Able to engage with various levels of stakeholders, from operational staff to executives.
- Detail-oriented with excellent presentation and communication skills, thriving both independently and in team settings.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, demonstrating self-sufficiency.
- Experience with CRM software.
- Strong writing, speaking, and reading abilities.
- A degree in engineering, business, supply chain management, or a related field.
