About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Operations Manager to join our team at Pottery Barn. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of sales associates and department managers
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Collaborate with the store leadership team to achieve business objectives and drive store performance
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales and operations management, preferably in a retail environment
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and move freely throughout the store
  • Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 75 pounds
