Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Surgical Pain Territory Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the surgical pain management market.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a strong background in medical sales, with a proven track record of success in selling complex medical devices. You will work closely with surgeons, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the surgical pain management market
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and initiatives
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, biology)
- At least 4 years of experience in medical sales, with a focus on surgical pain management
- Proven track record of success in selling complex medical devices
- Strong understanding of the hospital/ASC buying process, including GPOs, IDNs, and distributors
- Ability to think strategically and constructively challenge status quo
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A competitive salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
