About the Role

As a Regional Sales Manager at Okta, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in your assigned territory. You will lead a team of sales representatives and work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies that meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion in your assigned territory
  • Lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and exceed sales goals

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and develop relationships with key decision-makers

Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expansion
  • Experience in selling enterprise cloud software and a deep understanding of the technology landscape
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of sales representatives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, with occasional overnight stays
