Regional Sales Director

The Regional Sales Director is responsible for leading the Orthodontic Sales function in an assigned geographic region. Key responsibilities include achieving sales goals, coaching and developing Territory Managers, implementing sales systems and metrics, and providing market information and analysis to Sales Leadership.

This role is responsible for:

  • Maintaining and growing the existing customer base through Practice Growth initiatives, Educational Strategy, and customer journey management.
  • Maximizing CRM sales tools and analytics.
  • Proactively managing employee performance through coaching and development planning.
  • Promoting cohesion with internal partners, including Education, Inside Sales, Marketing, and Human Resources.
  • Modeling a high-performance culture and mindset amongst the team.

Minimum qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, 5+ years of sales experience, and a valid driver's license. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree, sales management experience, and medical device B2B industry experience.
