Position Title: Regional Sales Representative

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Sales Representative to drive sales growth within a designated territory. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers, identifying new sales opportunities, and developing strategies for client retention and growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Account Management:

Develop and sustain effective relationships with key decision-makers.

Promote, sell, and secure orders from existing and new clients.

Create and implement strategies for client retention and growth.

Identify and pursue new market opportunities.

Quickly resolve any customer issues or concerns.

Prepare and present detailed quotations and proposals.

Offer technical support and guidance on company products.

Track, monitor, and manage client accounts to meet sales targets.

Reporting:

  • Maintain up-to-date CRM records with quotes and customer interactions.
  • Review and analyze monthly sales reports, providing feedback on performance variances.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years in the manufacturing industry, with at least 2 years in a sales role.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Energetic and results-oriented, with a proven track record.
  • Ability to work independently and manage sales activities effectively.
  • Strong time management, organizational, and planning skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively; valid driver's license required.
  • Proficient in using ERP and CRM systems.
