Job Summary

The Customer Experience Advocate will be responsible for leading a team of Customer Experience Advocates and providing exceptional customer service to our customers. This role will require strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Customer Experience Advocates to provide exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Provide coaching and feedback to team members to improve performance and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback and metrics to identify areas for improvement
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a leadership position
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
