Job Summary

The Patient Care Advocate will serve as a liaison between patients and their healthcare providers, delivering a personalized and empathetic experience. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to navigate complex healthcare systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a patient advocate, providing emotional support and guidance throughout the treatment process.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Assist patients in understanding their treatment options and making informed decisions.
  • Consult with patients to gather information about their symptoms, mental health status, and medication history.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 2+ years of experience in a service-oriented role, preferably in healthcare.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
