About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Advocate Complaint Specialist to join our team at Philips. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for evaluating and resolving customer complaints, analyzing data, and providing feedback to our development and manufacturing teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analyze complaint data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to share feedback and recommendations for product improvements.
  • Develop and implement corrective action plans to prevent future complaints.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in a medical device quality assurance or customer service role.
  • Basic understanding of CAPA, global medical device regulations, and standards such as 21 CFR Parts 803, 806, and 820, ISO13485, and ISO9001.
  • Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering, healthcare, nursing, or a related technical field.

We offer a competitive salary range of $56,000 to $97,000, depending on location, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including a generous PTO policy, 401k matching, and education reimbursement.
