Role Responsibilities:

As a key member of our team, you will oversee the global pricing lifecycle and work closely with various departments within Dynatrace to implement essential initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitating training and support on pricing-related subjects for diverse audiences, including Pre-Sales, Sales, Post-Sales, and Partners.
  • Driving enhancements to our Sales tools through innovative programs.
  • Promoting and informing both internal and external stakeholders about the fundamental aspects and benefits of our pricing strategy.
  • Applying a customer-focused and user-centric approach to cross-functional projects.

Qualifications:

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in product management or a related field within an agile software environment.
  • Familiarity with observability software or a strong willingness to learn.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including product managers, engineers, designers, and other business stakeholders in a software product organization.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience in SaaS products is preferred, particularly with outbound product management.
  • Capability to integrate market insights and business acumen into product development to deliver unique value for customers and prospects, aligned with Dynatrace's strategic objectives.

Compensation is dependent on experience, with a comprehensive benefits package including Health, Dental, Life, STD, LTD, 401k, and PTO.
