Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to join our team in Austin, TX. Reporting to the Sr Director, Operations, this role will be responsible for leading cross-functional experts in the delivery of customer-focused products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Leadership: Organize, plan, and direct program schedules and budgets to ensure timely delivery of customer-focused products and services.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Track relevant metrics and drive action items based on results to ensure program success.
  • Contract Negotiations: Provide expertise and support with contract negotiations as required.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination: Oversee all interdepartmental activities to ensure completion of all adherence made relative to product development timelines, delivery, quality, and business metrics.
  • Program Planning: Review program proposals or plans to resolve time frame, funding requirements, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of program.
  • Work Planning and Staffing: Establish work plans and staffing for each phase of program and arrange for recruitment or assignment of personnel.
  • Product Life Cycle Management: Manage the coordination of product life cycle activities with P&L and customer satisfaction, including control for different accounts of various complexities.
  • Customer Communication: Be the key channel of communication for customers and act as escalation in the event of customer issues.
  • Customer Satisfaction: In charge of customer satisfaction reviews and corrective actions.
  • Business Development: Maintain current and develop additional business with customers.
  • Project and Program Deliverables: Monitor and track that project and program deliverables are met.
  • Customer Relations: Be accountable for maintaining excellent customer relations with both new and existing customers.
  • Production Site Management: Holds up production sites for projects, costs, and other customer-related matters through business and expertise.
Requirements
  • Services/RMA Business: Experience in services/RMA business.
  • Program Management Experience: Program manager experience for at least 5 years.
  • Accountability: Accountability for the program wellness.
  • P&L: Knowledge of P&L.
  • MS Office: Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Effective Communications: Effective communications skills.
  • Electronic Manufacturing Environment: Must have experience in electronic manufacturing environment.
