Role Overview:

The Operations Program Leader is a pivotal and data-driven role within our organization. This position emphasizes organizational operations, encompassing program budgets, headcount management, and recruitment needs across a varied portfolio of solutions and product categories. In this capacity, you will collaborate with engineering teams to evaluate their requirements, compile and oversee budgets, and provide strategic consultation. Additionally, you will liaise closely with finance to ensure the seamless operation of organizational mechanics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulates and disseminates best-in-class processes to enhance and expand the organization in response to new challenges and growing roadmaps.
  • Collaborates with Systems Engineering teams to monitor and analyze planned versus actual costs, while developing and evaluating organizational metrics to advise on hiring requirements.
  • Utilizes data management systems, including Excel and PowerBI, to import, export, and merge data files, facilitating effective management of multi-million dollar programs and organizations.
  • Partners with finance to ensure organizational operations remain within budget, managing change control discussions related to financial planning.

Required Skills:

  • 10+ years of experience in Program Management.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple work streams under tight deadlines.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functionally across various internal teams.
  • Experience in budgeting, resource allocation, and long-term strategic planning.
  • Skilled in engaging with internal stakeholders, partners, and managing collaborative development projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).
  • Self-motivated and well-organized, with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and coordinate activities among geographically dispersed technical teams.
  • Adept at structuring and executing complex analyses, deriving insights, and effectively communicating findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Ability to swiftly adapt to changing business scenarios and technical requirements.
  • Strong analytical, project planning, and management capabilities.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering strategic initiatives.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience engaging with engineering leadership to comprehend and document program scope, establish integrated schedules, assess and manage program progress and risks, and assist with resource and budget planning.
  • Familiarity with data management tools such as JIRA, JAMA, and general database knowledge (SQL, etc.).
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization platforms like PowerBI.
  • PMI PMP Certification.
  • Understanding of general PC architecture and SOC development processes.

Academic Credentials:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer/Electrical Engineering.
