Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, meeting personal sales goals, and promoting a safe and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service and Experience
    • Provide personalized service to customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
    • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their preferences and tailoring recommendations to meet their needs.
  • Merchandising and Displays
    • Assist in maintaining a visually appealing store environment, including merchandising and displaying products in a way that is attractive and easy to navigate.
    • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Product Expertise
    • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, including their features, benefits, and applications.
    • Use this knowledge to provide expert advice and recommendations to customers.
  • Promoting a Safe and Inclusive Environment
    • Ensure that the store environment is safe, welcoming, and inclusive for all customers and employees.
    • Report any incidents or concerns to management in a timely and professional manner.
