Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Recovery Support Specialist to join our team at Meridian Behavioral Health. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals on their path to recovery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with daily activities and provide transportation for admission, discharge, and medical appointments.
  • Provide orientation to new clients and check in personal property.
  • Monitor client safety by making rounds and conducting overnight bed checks.
  • Complete DAANES reports as directed and interact with clients whenever possible.
  • Attend shift change report meetings and chart interactions with clients.
  • Distribute medications and perform other duties as assigned by the Nurse Manager.
Requirements
  • Strong verbal communication skills and ability to interact with diverse individuals.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work independently.
  • Computer skills to draft emails and reports.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • CPR and first aid certification.
  • Computer literate.
