About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Revenue Growth Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over two years of experience in a multifaceted role that combines marketing strategy, sales initiatives, and business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by identifying and targeting new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, and partnerships.
  • Market Expansion: Expand our market presence by developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Client Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term retention.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, sales, and/or business development roles.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and sales techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in CRM software, marketing automation tools, and Google Workspace.

Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
