Job Overview

Pinnacle Performance Group is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Trainee to join our dynamic team. As a Business Development Trainee, you will play a key role in forging impactful relationships with partners and driving prospective client volume.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, leveraging existing relationships, and participating in networking marketing events. You will also assist in creating and executing a strategic sales plan to identify and prioritize key locations within the territory provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business opportunities through relationship-building and networking
  • Assist in creating and executing a strategic sales plan to drive business growth
  • Exceed sales goals by participating in campaigns and programs to move new business through the sales cycle
  • Identify, qualify, and close prospective target accounts
  • Provide excellent service to existing customers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales, or related field
  • Self-directed with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands
  • 1-3 years' experience leading, motivating, and managing program team sizes
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate across multiple areas
