About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Leader to drive our sales strategy and accelerate customer acquisition and revenue growth for our Digital Transformation Consulting Services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will work closely with our Managing Partner to develop and implement a robust sales strategy, leveraging your expertise in the tech industry and exceptional communication skills to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales pipeline and bring in new strategic customers and partners
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and closing deals
  • Own sales KPIs and drive continuous growth of the sales funnel
  • Collaborate with the Managing Partner to define sales strategy and provide regular reports on sales activity, including pipeline management, forecasting, and sales performance
  • Leverage sales tools to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and strategic partners
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies and identify new opportunities

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales, particularly in selling technology-related professional services
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus
  • Technology savvy with an interest in cloud technologies
  • A customer-centric approach and a passion for helping clients achieve their objectives
