Job Summary

The Head of Education and Training will play a critical role in shaping and executing the education strategy for our demo-grade skincare products. You will be responsible for developing and delivering educational programs that inspire and equip skincare professionals, retailers, and customers. This position requires a deep understanding of skincare science, strong leadership skills, and extensive experience in training and education within the skincare industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Education Strategy & Program Development:
  • Design and implement comprehensive educational strategies that align with the brand's vision, driving product knowledge, clinical understanding, and expertise across all channels.
  • Training Delivery:
  • Lead the creation and execution of engaging training materials, workshops, and presentations for internal teams, external partners, retailers, dermatologists, and skincare professionals.
  • Team Leadership & Development:
  • Build, mentor, and manage a team of educators to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of all educational programs. Foster a learning culture that supports professional growth and development.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, product development, and regulatory teams to ensure educational content is aligned with brand messaging, product innovations, and market trends.
  • Product Expertise:
  • Serve as the go-to expert for demo-grade skincare products, ensuring deep product knowledge across all levels of the organization and within the customer base. Stay updated on skincare advancements and clinical research to continuously enhance educational content.
  • Customer & Partner Engagement:
  • Develop strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and skincare professionals, ensuring that education supports commercial objectives and strengthens brand loyalty.
  • Measurement & Continuous Improvement:
  • Monitor the effectiveness of educational initiatives through feedback, KPIs, and metrics. Continuously refine programs to ensure they meet the needs of the business and partners.

Key Qualifications

  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in skincare, with a strong background in education and training. Prior experience in developing and delivering training programs for demo-grade or clinical skincare is highly desirable.
  • Leadership Skills:
  • Proven experience in leading and managing education teams, with a track record of building effective programs that drive results.
  • Skincare Knowledge:
  • Deep understanding of skincare science, formulations, and trends. Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical information into easy-to-understand educational content.
  • Training Expertise:
  • Experience in creating engaging, innovative educational materials, both for in-person and digital platforms. Familiarity with e-learning tools and platforms is a plus.
  • Education & Certifications:
  • A degree in a relevant field such as dermatology, aesthetics, or skincare science is preferred. Certifications in training or education methodologies are an advantage.
  • Communication Skills:
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences, from skincare professionals to retail teams.
