Job Summary

Bally's Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction in our hotel and casino.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Housekeeping Staff: Oversee the daily activities of housekeeping staff, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Ensure Exceptional Guest Service: Work closely with housekeeping staff to ensure that all guest rooms, corridors, and public areas are clean and well-maintained, and that all guest requests are met promptly and efficiently.
  • Manage Housekeeping Operations: Coordinate the delivery of linens, supplies, and equipment to housekeeping staff, and ensure that all housekeeping areas are well-stocked and organized.
  • Conduct Quality Control Inspections: Regularly inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and quality.
  • Develop and Implement Housekeeping Policies: Work with the Executive Housekeeper to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote excellent housekeeping practices and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Train and Develop Housekeeping Staff: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to housekeeping staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Monitor and Report on Housekeeping Performance: Track and report on housekeeping performance metrics, including guest satisfaction, room cleanliness, and staff productivity.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
  • 1-3 Years of Supervisory Experience in Hotel Operations: Preferred.
  • Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills: Required.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Required.
  • Ability to Lift 50 Pounds and Stand for Extended Periods: Required.

The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment, communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues and guests, and maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
