Job Summary

Bally's Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction in our hotel and casino.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Housekeeping Staff: Lead and motivate a team of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas.
  • Inspect and Monitor Cleaning Standards: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that cleaning standards are met and maintained, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage Housekeeping Operations: Coordinate and oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including scheduling, inventory management, and supply ordering.
  • Communicate with Guests and Staff: Respond to guest complaints and concerns, and communicate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and Implement Cleaning Procedures: Develop and implement effective cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and development opportunities to housekeeping staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and Control Expenses: Monitor and control expenses related to housekeeping operations, including supply costs and labor expenses.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-3 years of supervisory experience in hotel operations preferred.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment; strong attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Working Conditions

The Housekeeping Supervisor will work in a fast-paced hotel and casino environment, with frequent exposure to cleaning chemicals and equipment. The position requires the ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
